I work with senior leaders whose influence has stalled, who've been told to "show up differently," or who know something in their leadership isn't landing the way they intend. I see the story, the system, and the pattern. Most coaching never gets past the surface.
I take on a small number of clients at a time, and I'm selective about who I work with. That selectivity protects your investment as much as mine.
The process starts with a short intake form. It takes about 15 minutes and asks what you're navigating, what you're looking for, and whether the timing is right. From there, I'll review your responses and reach out to schedule a brief introductory conversation so we can both determine if there's a fit.
This is a 12-month engagement with bi-weekly sessions. Some clients begin with a 3-month commitment. The investment is $15,000 for the full program.
